We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solution Architect Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Turn business needs into clear, functional, and technical solutions
• Design architectural blueprints that teams can actually build from
• Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture and project execution
• Evaluate and select the right platforms, tools, and technologies
• Identify risks early and build smart mitigation strategies
• Lead integration across legacy and modern systems (no silos, no chaos)
• Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and data protection
• Review and approve technical designs and changes
• Provide leadership across the entire solution lifecycle
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and apply what actually matters

What you should bring (Technical):

• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, ESBs, middleware
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
• Experience with system/data modeling (UML, BPMN, ERD)
• Knowledge of financial systems (core banking, payments) is a strong plus
• Understanding of security standards (PCI-DSS, NDPR, ISO 27001)
• Experience with Java, .NET, Python, REST APIs
• Strong database architecture knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum Second Class Upper) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Postgraduate degree or certifications are a plus
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architecture or related roles
• Experience in financial services is an added advantage.
