We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Male Executive Housekeeper

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 

Responsibilties
Supervision of Housekeeping Operations:

• Oversees room cleaning, public areas, and laundry.
• Ensures all rooms and areas meet required standards.

Staff Management:

• Recruits, trains, and supervises housekeeping staff.
• Prepares duty rosters and assigns daily tasks.
• Monitors staff performance and discipline.

Quality Control:

• Inspects rooms, corridors, and public areas regularly.
• Ensures high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Prepares rooms for VIP guests and special arrivals.

Inventory & Supplies Management:

• Manages linen, toiletries, and cleaning materials.
• Keeps records of stock and prevents wastage.
• Orders supplies when needed.

Laundry Management:

• Supervises laundry operations (washing, drying, ironing).
• Ensures proper handling of guest laundry and hotel linen.

Maintenance Coordination:

• Reports faulty equipment and room defects.
• Works closely with maintenance to ensure quick repairs.

Budget & Cost Control:

• Controls expenses related to housekeeping.
• Ensures efficient use of materials and manpower.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

• Maintains hygiene standards in all areas.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

Guest Service:

• Handles guest requests related to rooms and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 6 years experience.

Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
