Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Train and mentor sales representatives
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of marketing and business development strategies
- Experience in fintech, real estate, or related industries is an added advantage
