Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and draft communications.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools, Ability to Drive a Vehicle.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 / month
