Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and ensure the smooth running of our business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’experience in contract procurement, project management in similar industry, Excellent communication and presentation is highly required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in financial management and business development.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Must have excellent IT skills in Microsoft word,excel, PowerPoint and at least 2 google workspace.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
