Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Representative to promote our client's products, secure new customers, and increase sales across assigned locations.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with customers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products
• Udentify and onboard new customers and business opportunities
• Visit assigned locations daily to drive product awareness and sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure proper product display and visibility at client locations
• Gather market feedback and report competitor activities
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Submit daily and weekly field reports

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field
• 1–2 years experience in field marketing or sales (FMCG/cosmetics experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good interpersonal and customer engagement skills
• Must be willing to work in the field regularly.

Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 / month, float N60,000.
