We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MSMEs)

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard MSMEs across assigned territories.
• Conduct field visits and merchant engagement activities to drive platform adoption.
• Drive merchant activation and ensure consistent product usage.
• Promote services such as transfers, bill payments, card payments, savings, loans, and insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.
• Resolve merchant issues and provide ongoing support and training.
• Achieve transaction volume and value targets.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal processes.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or fintech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of digital payments, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and merchant engagements.
