Job Summary
- As the Operations Executive, you will manage daily store operations, handle client relations, and oversee administrative activities to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth coordination of activities
- Handle client inquiries, orders, and complaints while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Oversee administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and office coordination
- Monitor stock levels, showroom organization, and product display standards
- Support management with operational reporting and implementation of business processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, customer service, or retail administration roles
- Professional certification in Operations Management or Customer Service is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills
- Must reside in Surulere or its immediate environs.
Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 per month
