Overview

• FMR Agency is recruiting an experienced and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee operational performance and drive business growth within a fast-growing fashion and retail organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, implementing scalable systems, improving efficiency, and aligning operational execution with business strategy.
• This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, build structure, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Ultimately, you will drive operational efficiency, improve organizational performance, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across departments and locations
• Translate leadership strategy into operational execution
• Implement systems, processes, and frameworks to support business growth
• Establish operational KPIs and performance monitoring systems
• Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across departments
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Monitor operational costs and resource allocation
• Support business expansion and new market initiatives
• Strengthen collaboration across departments
• Drive accountability and performance across leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operations or business leadership roles
• Proven experience managing multi-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations
• Experience within retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is preferred.

Salary
N1,000,000 Net Monthly + Highly Attractive Performance Bonus.
