Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to provide high-quality wellness and beauty treatments to clients.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, knowledgeable in various spa treatments, and able to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and waxing
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and spa equipment
- Ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied before, during, and after treatments
- Handle client bookings and maintain accurate treatment records
- Promote and upsell spa services and products
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work long hours (10am–10pm)
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments.
