Job Summary

  • The Young Talent Program is designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential graduates who are passionate about building a career in sales and financial services.
  • Trainees will gain hands-on experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, and consumer lending operations, while developing strong business, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and digital channels
  • Promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations

Consumer Lending:

  • Support loan origination, processing, and disbursement activities
  • Educate customers on loan products, terms, and repayment plans
  • Conduct basic credit assessments and customer profiling
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with lending policies
  • Follow up on loan repayments and manage customer accounts

Training & Development:

  • Participate in structured classroom and on-the-job training sessions
  • Receive mentorship from experienced sales and credit professionals
  • Gain exposure to financial products, risk management, and customer engagement
  • Develop leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Number of new customers acquired
  • Loan disbursement volumes and quality
  • Portfolio performance (repayment rates, minimal defaults)
  • Customer satisfaction and retention levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–1 year of work experience (NYSC completed)
  • Strong interest in sales and financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
