Job Title: Business Development Manager (ICT)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within our ICT Business Unit by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative ICT solutions.
  • The role involves planning and executing mid- to long-term channel strategies within the assigned territory.
  • The BDM will take ownership of sales performance, develop pipelines, and ensure sustainable and profitable growth across ICT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, government, and private sector clients
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets within assigned territory
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, partners, and OEMs
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage forecasting processes
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ICT solutions
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competition
  • Maintain and manage a robust customer database and CRM records
  • Participate in sales planning, target setting, and contract renewals

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related ICT field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development within the ICT/Telecoms sector
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, and solution selling

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ICT products and solutions
  • Experience in solution selling and key account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Ability to build and manage partnerships (OEMs and clients)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 / month.
