Job Title: Area Sales Representative (FMCG)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Representative to drive sales and market penetration for our foam/FMCG products across Delta State.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, expanding distribution channels, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets within the territory
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability and competitor activities
  • Ensure effective product distribution and visibility across key locations
  • Execute sales strategies and promotional activities in line with company objectives
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock-outs
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and trends
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of sales experience in FMCG or foam industry
  • Strong knowledge of Delta State market and distribution network
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel frequently within Delta State

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
