Job Title: Laundry Supervisor

Role Overview

• The Laundry Supervisor at Fhemfel Laundry will be responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations while driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies for both individual and corporate clients.
• This role combines operational supervision with client acquisition, team leadership, and market expansion to ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in service based sales, customer relationship management, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from individual and corporate laundry clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including estates, hotels, offices, hospitals, and short-let apartments.
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor pricing, discounts, and promotions in line with company policy.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations and close service agreements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
• Handle escalated client issues in collaboration with operations.

Team Leadership & Performance:

• Recruit, train, and manage sales and operations staff.
• Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and accountability measures for the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
• Ensure operational standards and service quality are consistently met.

Operational & Market Oversight:

• Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market opportunities and risks.
• Support brand visibility through partnerships, promotions, and outreach activities.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, revenue, and operational performance.
• Track leads, conversions, and client retention metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with sales commitments.
• Work closely with marketing on campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or service operations, preferably in service-based or FMCG sectors.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics.
• Understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
