Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team and promote our medical equipment to hospitals, clinics and medical schools.
• The ideal candidate will have a sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical products to hospitals, clinics and medical schools
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product reach and market share.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
• Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong sales skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Has a goal to be the Head of our sales department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary
