Job Title: Supermarket Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• The Supermarket Manager role involves overseeing daily store operations, maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety standards, managing staff, implementing sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining inventory control.
• The manager will be tasked with ensuring proper product display, availability, and merchandising, ensure store’s efficiency, meeting sales targets, managing budgets, monitoring customer experience and resolving issues promptly. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Apapa, Lagos.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree/OND / HND in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to address customer needs effectively and lead a team.
• 2–4 years of experiencein Supermarket or retail store management with a deep understanding of daily operations.
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, including stock management and ordering processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in basic IT tools and retail software is a plus.
• Previous experience in managing teams and budgets is beneficial.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / Month.
