Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Oil & Gas Services

Locations: Abuja (FCT) / Asaba - Delta

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical operations, engineering excellence, and innovation agenda.
  • The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for the overall technical direction, engineering strategy, and execution of projects across the company’s service lines.
  • He will also be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology and digital transformation strategy, focusing on deploying advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency, asset performance, safety, and decision-making across oil & gas operations.
  • The CTO will work closely with the CEO, COO, engineering teams, and business units to integrate technology into all aspects of the company’s service delivery.
  • The role requires strong expertise in oil & gas operations, project delivery, regulatory compliance, and technical risk management.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Production, Mechanical or related field)
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or MBA and Relevant certifications (PMP, COREN, NSE, HSE certifications) will be an advantage.
  • 5 - 10 years experience in oil & gas operations or engineering
  • 3 - 5 years in senior technical leadership roles.
