Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager for a fast-growing real estate firm based in Ikeja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving employee performance, and supporting business growth through effective people management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years HR experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve organizational performance
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Salary
N350,000 per month.
