We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content & Social Media Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 3 days per week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Purpose

  • The Content & Social Media Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content while managing social media platforms, growing engagement, and promoting our beauty and spa services.
  • This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong social media expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and graphics showcasing services, client transformations, promotions, and events.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with staff to capture relevant content during appointments and events.
  • Edit and optimise multimedia content to professional standards.
  • Suggest creative campaigns to increase social media engagement and client bookings.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum HND or BSc qualification
  • Completed NYSC
  • Minimum 2 years post-NYSC experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Portfolio of previous work must be submitted first; applications without portfolio will not be considered
  • Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or service brands is an advantage
  • Candidate must have their own content creation equipment (camera, tripod, lighting, etc.)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Social media management skills (Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms)
  • Photography and videography skills
  • Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, InShot)
  • Strong storytelling and written communication skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Organised and time-conscious.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
