We are strategically positioned as a leader in the nation’s coconut oil sector, operating a state-of-the-art 22-ton-per-day coconut processing facility.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Conduct research and provide information as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, maintaining records, and handling other ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications / Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Office management systems and procedures.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Competent in social media management.
