Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Job Summary

• The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy implementation.
• The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and fosters a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
• Supervise and guide the HR team
• Lead performance management and appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Design and implement training and development programs
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
• Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
• Provide HR reports and strategic insights to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Proximity to Lekki will be highly considered
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly
