Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and other channels
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up when necessary
- Record, track, and document customer interactions and feedback
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, social media platforms)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
