Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Kitchen Assistant, you will support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring all tools and equipment are ready for daily production.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation such as cutting, portioning, and ingredient setup
• Clean and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards
• Support bakers with preparation tasks during production
• Maintain organization of kitchen space and supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong discipline, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month
