Job Summary

• The Technology / Platform Manager will oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of the company’s digital platforms including website, mobile applications, and marketplace systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s website, mobile applications, and digital marketplace infrastructure.
• Coordinate with software developers and IT service providers.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Monitor system upgrades and cybersecurity measures.
• Improve platform user experience for customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in digital platforms, product management, or IT systems administration.
• Knowledge of e-commerce systems and cloud technologies is an advantage.
