Job Summary

• We are seeking SME's within the FMCG industry with over 15 years deep working experience to drive strategic and operational excellence.

Requirements
Core skill set requirements:

• Strong commercial acumen with proven revenue growth delivery.
• Expertise in supply chain optimization and demand planning.
• Data driven decision making using market and consumer insights.
• Experience managing large scale distribution networks.
• Advanced stakeholder and cross functional leadership skills.

Sector / Industry Experience Requirement:

• Hands on experience in FMCG environment with high SKU turnover.
• Proven track record in route to market strategies.
• Experience managing brand performance and category growth.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour in competitive markets.

Strict Qualification Filters:

• Minimum 15 years in FMCG.
• Demonstrated achievements with measurable outcomes (e.g, %revenue growth, cost reduction).
• Experience in structured, performance driven organization only.

• Delivered double digit revenue growth or market share expansion.
• Led large scale distribution or market penetration initiatives.
• Experience managing multi region or national operations.
