Job Title: Customer and Operations Support Officer
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers appropriately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across departments.
- Monitor and track orders, inventory, or service delivery processes.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Support scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in customer service or operations support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
