Job Summary

• Our client in the Hospitality industry is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to manage front desk operations and ensure an excellent guest experience.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
• Manage reservations and room bookings
• Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Maintain accurate guest records and payment details
• Ensure the front desk and reception area is clean and well-organized
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Requirements

• Minimum of HND (Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage)
• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work on the Island, Lagos (accommodation provided)

Benefits

• Salary: N80,000 monthly
