Job Summary
- Our client in the Hospitality industry is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to manage front desk operations and ensure an excellent guest experience.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
- Manage reservations and room bookings
- Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain accurate guest records and payment details
- Ensure the front desk and reception area is clean and well-organized
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
Requirements
- Minimum of HND (Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage)
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work on the Island, Lagos (accommodation provided)
