Role Overview
- The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new revenue from US ,Canadian and subsequently Nigerian clients by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion and onboarding.
- This role carries clear performance expectations and is ideal for someone who is able to meet set targets and comfortable operating in a startup environment with accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition in the US & Canada
- Prospect, qualify, and close FX and cross-border payment opportunities
- Engage senior decision-makers (Founders, CFOs, Finance Leads)
- Lead discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Manage longer, compliance-driven sales cycles
- Work closely with compliance and operations to onboard clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
- Meet defined activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Required Experience & Profile
- 4 – 7+ years experience in fintech, FX, payments, banking, or SaaS sales
- Proven track record closing international B2B deals
- Experience selling to US or Canadian clients (very important)
- Strong understanding of compliance, onboarding, and risk considerations
- Comfortable working across time zones (EST/PST)
- Results-driven, structured, and disciplined.
Compensation & Structure
- N300,000 - N400,000 monthly + 5% Commission (Base salary during probation) and N500,000 – N700,000 monthly + 7% Commission (Post Confirmation)
- Commission is paid monthly and only on completed, revenue-generating transactions
- Confirmation strictly tied to defined KPIs and revenue traction.
