We are an IT enterprise solutions provider. Our services include sales of Enterprise Solutions, IT support, Infrastructure Server, Storage and Clients systems, Enterprise Security (CCTV, & Access control) and many others.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients.
• Evaluate customer IT requirements by conducting research and active listening, ensuring proposed solutions solve specific business challenges.
• Monitor market competition and emerging technology trends to provide feedback on product updates or pricing strategies.
• Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper customer service and achieve collective sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Track record of achieving sales quota and targets
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software
• Candidate must reside in Lekki or its environs.
