Job Title: Supervisor (Fast Food Restaurant)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service, hygiene, and smooth shift performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and coordinate kitchen, cashier, cleaners, and service staff
- Enforce SOPs, hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and support training
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quality service delivery
- Prepare daily reports on sales, attendance, and incidents
Requirements
- OND / HND / B. Sc in any related field
- 1–5years relevant experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS and cash handling.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
