Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Legal Officer with 4 years of experience from a law firm background, and a strong track record in litigation. You'll provide expert legal counsel, manage litigation cases, and support our legal team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Manage and conduct litigation cases
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Collaborate with teams on compliance and risk management
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with 4+ years experience as a lawyer, preferably in a law firm.
• Good experience in litigation is a must
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials from a reputable university
