About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled and innovative Architect to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically appealing structures while ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Prepare project proposals and presentations for clients.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong creative and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Registration with ARCON is an added advantage.
