Description
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations of the organization.
- The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll administration and staff records management.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Assist in payroll processes
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Support performance management processes and HR reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3years HR experience.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / monthly gross
