Description

• We are seeking individuals who have delivered measurable social and economic impact—not just participated in projects.

Strict Qualification Filters

• Minimum 15+ years experience
• Proven impact delivery (not just participation)
• Experience with donor-funded projects.

Core Skill Set Requirements:

• Program design and implementation
• Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
• Donor reporting and stakeholder management
• Impact measurement and analysis.

Sector/Industry Expertise Requirements:

• Experience with NGOs, INGOs, or donor-funded programs
• Strong understanding of development frameworks
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
