Requirements
Strict Qualification Filters:

• Minimum 15 + years
• Proven governance impact and compliance success
• Experience in structured corporate environments

Core Skill Set Requirements:

• Governance frameworks and compliance systems
• Risk management and internal controls
• Board advisory and corporate structuring
• Regulatory compliance expertise

Sector / Industry Expertise Requirements:

• Experience working with boards, executives, or regulatory bodies
• Strong knowledge of governance standards and frameworks
• Experience in highly regulated environments

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Strengthened governance frameworks significantly
• Prevented or mitigated major organizational risks
• Experience advising boards or executive leadership
