- Minimum 15 + years
- Proven governance impact and compliance success
- Experience in structured corporate environments

- Governance frameworks and compliance systems
- Risk management and internal controls
- Board advisory and corporate structuring
- Regulatory compliance expertise
Sector / Industry Expertise Requirements:
- Experience working with boards, executives, or regulatory bodies
- Strong knowledge of governance standards and frameworks
- Experience in highly regulated environments
