Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager to lead our team and take our operations to the next level.
- As the Senior Manager – Bar & Lounge, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, staff management, customer experience, and business performance.
- You will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth operations, profitability, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and lounge operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
- Lead, train, and supervise bar staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Monitor sales, control costs, and drive revenue growth
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and themed nights
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest satisfaction
- Bar managers typically handle staffing, inventory, compliance, and customer experience to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in bar/lounge or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
- Financial management and cost-control experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools.
