Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Harvestify land investment opportunities to individuals, groups, and corporate clients
- Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide accurate information about land products, pricing, and investment benefits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and outreach strategies
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage.
