We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints
- Manage ticket sales, entry, and access
- Ensure smooth event operations
- Ensure customers are satisfied
- Collaborate with team for promotions and events
- Maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible and long hours.
