Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee the production and quality of men's garments in a luxury tailoring environment.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment production, with a deep understanding of stitching, pattern accuracy, fabric alignment, and overall garment presentation.
• This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met at each stage of production, from pre-production to final fittings.
• The role requires hands-on experience and leadership skills to manage the production team, improve processes, and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc Degree in any discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of men's garment tailoring, gained through hands-on tailoring experience or direct supervision of tailors producing men's attire.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent eye for detail and a passion for luxury-quality standards.
• Ability to inspect, correct, and maintain high standards throughout the production process.
• Knowledge of fabric and material handling, garment finishing, and alteration techniques.
• Ability to improve production processes and workflows.
• Good reporting and communication skills.

Salary Range
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly based on experience.
