Job Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are consistently available to clients, sourcing new business opportunities, marketing our products, and building strong relationships with customers.
- The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Product Availability & Supply Management:
- Regularly check product levels at outlets to ensure stock availability.
- Ensure timely supply of products to customers in your jurisdiction, ensuring they do not run out of stock.
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Source and onboard new businesses to expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products in Mega stores, supermarkets, lounges, and clubs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Re-establish relationships with existing clients and conduct regular calls to assess product performance in their stores.
- Build and maintain strong, friendly relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify client needs and consistently ensure service satisfaction and quality.
Field Activity Management:
- Conduct spot checks of promoters at their respective stores to verify their activities.
Debt Recovery & Payment Management:
- Effectively recover debts from customers using smart methods, especially from problematic stores, ensuring timely payments.
Client Liaison & Support:
- Act as an intermediary between the company and its clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet business goals.
- Keep clients informed on account status, product updates, and company news.
- Analyze sales data and compile detailed reports for management insights using MS Excel.
Industry Knowledge & Sales Operations:
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Cover sales operations within your area of focus to ensure consistent growth.
Revenue Growth & Team Collaboration:
- Drive new sales opportunities to increase revenue and grow the company’s client portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supporting teams to ensure client success and business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG (Alcoholic beverage)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
