Job Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are consistently available to clients, sourcing new business opportunities, marketing our products, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Product Availability & Supply Management:

  • Regularly check product levels at outlets to ensure stock availability.
  • Ensure timely supply of products to customers in your jurisdiction, ensuring they do not run out of stock.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Source and onboard new businesses to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products in Mega stores, supermarkets, lounges, and clubs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Re-establish relationships with existing clients and conduct regular calls to assess product performance in their stores.
  • Build and maintain strong, friendly relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify client needs and consistently ensure service satisfaction and quality.

Field Activity Management:

  • Conduct spot checks of promoters at their respective stores to verify their activities.

Debt Recovery & Payment Management:

  • Effectively recover debts from customers using smart methods, especially from problematic stores, ensuring timely payments.

Client Liaison & Support:

  • Act as an intermediary between the company and its clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high service standards are maintained.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet business goals.
  • Keep clients informed on account status, product updates, and company news.
  • Analyze sales data and compile detailed reports for management insights using MS Excel.

Industry Knowledge & Sales Operations:

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Cover sales operations within your area of focus to ensure consistent growth.

Revenue Growth & Team Collaboration:

  • Drive new sales opportunities to increase revenue and grow the company’s client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supporting teams to ensure client success and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG (Alcoholic beverage)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly (net).
