Job Title: Bar Man

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Reports to: Bar Supervisor / Head Mixologist

Main Function

• The Bar Man is responsible for preparing and serving beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization within the bar area.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Interact with customers professionally and take orders accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages.
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
• Support the bar team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Basic bartending or hospitality training is an advantage.

Experience:

• 2–3 years experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of drinks and bar operations.
