We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Location: Calabar, Cross River

Main Function

• The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high-quality beverage preparation, and excellent customer experience.
• The role involves supervising staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth coordination within the bar team.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all bar staff and daily operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
• Monitor drink quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and support bar staff to improve performance.
• Prepare reports on bar performance and sales.
• Work closely with management to achieve business targets.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications:

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
• Relevant certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus.

Experience:

• 3–5 years experience in bar or hospitality operations.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of bar management and beverage service.
