Job Title: Chief Finance Officer

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency within a fast-growing wine and beverage distribution company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audits.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (FIRS, VAT, PAYE, etc.).
• Drive cost optimization and profitability across operations.
• Monitor inventory, supply chain finance, and loss control.
• Lead ERP improvements and financial data analytics.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA) is required.
• 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Strong experience in FMCG, beverage, or distribution industry.
• Solid knowledge of Nigerian tax and regulatory environment.

Salary
N1,500,000 – N1,800,000 Gross Monthly.
