Job Title: Inventory Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support efficient warehouse and retail operations.
- The role requires close monitoring of stock, regular audits, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure smooth inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming stock, updating inventory records accordingly
- Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and retail locations
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
- Support periodic inventory audits and stock checks
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products
- Generate inventory reports for management review
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related role
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork ability
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or skincare industry
- Knowledge of Odoo inventory software.
