We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: House Cleaner

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Role Summary

• We are looking for a thorough, reliable, and detail-oriented House Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of a private residence to the highest possible standards.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning duties, ensuring that all areas of the property, including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor areas are consistently maintained a good condition.
• The role demands discretion, trustworthiness, and a respectful attitude toward the privacy and comfort of the household.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop all floors
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces
• Clean and sanitise all bathrooms
• Empty all waste and recycling bins; replace bin liners and dispose of refuse appropriately
• Collect, sort, and wash all household laundry according to fabric care instructions.
• Dry, iron, fold, and return all laundry and linens to designated storage areas
• Maintain the laundry room in a clean and organized state
• Notify the Household Manager of any items requiring special care, alteration, or replacement
• Manage stock of laundry supplies and report when items need replenishment
• Assist with preparation and set-up for household events, dinners, or gatherings as directed
• Assist in receiving deliveries and managing storage of household items
• Support other household staff during high-demand periods or as otherwise requested
• Respect all household property with utmost
• Handle valuables with caution and discretion

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic or professional cleaning, preferably in a private household setting
• High level of personal integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion regarding household and personal matters
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistently high standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a respectful, professional manner.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
