Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and development programs.
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
• Assist senior team members with technical and operational tasks
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and data gathering (where applicable)
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project delivery and operations

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university
• NYSC completed or currently serving
• Only candidates who meet the stated academic requirements will be considered.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of core principles within your field of study
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of relevant industry software is an added advantage:
  • Civil Engineering: AutoCAD, Civil 3D
  • Architecture: Revit, SketchUp
  • Quantity Surveying: CostX, MS Project
  • Transport Management: Transport Planning, Transport Operation, and Planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
