We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Realtor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Analyzing local market conditions, property values, and inventory to advise clients accurately.
• Administrative Duties: Preparing necessary legal documents, such as contracts and leases, and coordinating inspections.
• Client Representation: Representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing advice on pricing, mortgages, and market trends.
• Marketing & Listing: Listing properties, creating marketing materials, and hosting open houses to attract buyers.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating purchase agreements and acting as a mediator between buyers and sellers to ensure successful closings.

Salary
N200,000 - N230,000 monthly.
