We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR & Admin Officer

Location: Opic Isheri North, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Fragrance

Role Summary

  • We are a growing fragrance brand with no existing HR structure, and we are looking for a proactive HR/Admin Officer who can take initiative and help set up and organize HR processes from the ground up.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is not just looking for routine HR tasks, but is ready to own and drive HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and organize HR records, files, and documentation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Create basic HR policies, templates, and procedures
  • Manage attendance, leave, and staff records
  • Support payroll input and HMO coordination
  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations
  • Identify gaps and improve office processes

Important Requirements  (Read before applying)

  • Must have completed NYSC (compulsory)
  • Must reside in Ojodu Berger, OPIC, or nearby areas
  • Must be willing to build and structure HR processes from scratch

Other Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in HR / Admin
  • BSc in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices (payroll, HMO, employee records)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
