Job Title: Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a battle-tested Consultant who has spent years solving complex business problems, delivering measurable impact, and advising organizations at a strategic level.
• If you have not actively consulted, led engagements, and delivered tangible transformation outcomes, this role is not for you.

Core Skill Set Requirements (Technical & Functional)

• Advanced problem-solving and structured thinking (strategy, operations, transformation)
• Proven ability to diagnose business challenges and implement scalable solutions
• Strong expertise in business transformation, process optimization, and performance improvement
• High-level stakeholder engagement and executive advisory capability
• Strong analytical skills with ability to convert insights into measurable business outcomes
• Experience leading end-to-end consulting engagements (discovery → design → execution → impact tracking).

Sector / Industry Expertise Requirements

• Candidates must have hands-on consulting experienceacross one or more of the following:
  • FMCG
  • Manufacturing
  • Retail
  • Energy / Power
  • Public Sector
  • Development Agencies
  • Corporate Governance
• You must demonstrate real consulting exposure—client-facing roles, advisory engagements, or independent consulting work with verifiable outcomes.

Strict Qualification Filters (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 15 years total professional experience
• Must have actively worked as a consultant (internal or external consulting roles)
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact, such as:
• Revenue growth
• Cost reduction
• Operational efficiency improvements
• Business turnaround or transformation
• Experience working with senior executives, boards, or decision-makers
• Only candidates with structured, achievement-driven career progression will be considered.

• Led high-value consulting engagements across multiple sectors
• Delivered large-scale transformation projects with clear business impact
• Experience working with top-tier firms, governments, or multinational organizations
