We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing integrated sales and marketing strategies, setting marketing plans, and establishing sales targets.
• Performance Analysis: Tracking KPIs like conversion rates, monitoring ROI on campaigns, and analyzing sales data to identify improvements.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, coaching, and supervising sales and marketing staff.
• Customer & Market Focus: Identifying potential markets, conducting market research, and maintaining key customer relationships.
• Budgeting: Creating and managing marketing and sales budgets.
• Collaboration: Working with product development teams to ensure marketing campaigns and sales efforts are aligned with product launches and capabilities
• Aviation Knowledge: Understanding of aviation regulations, policies, and industry components (e.g., airline, airport, MRO).

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
